To diagnose and rectify the problem instantly, our technical support executive would remotely access your PC through Internet. You would be watching the technical support executive resolving the problem or setting the configuration right. This will help resolve problems instantly and also empower you to resolve minor issues on your own.

On-Site Support
If the problem is not resolved through remote trouble shooting/e-mail/telephonic support, our technical support executive will fix an appointment with you to visit your location and resolve the problem.
